Privately owned Country Inn with Rooms, with a fantastic reputation for serving an interesting mixture of Modern and Classical favourite dishes made where possible from fresh local produce.

 

The successful candidate will be working as part of a team of 4 deputising for the Sous / Junior Sous Chef in his absence, having menu input and creating daily specials and helping to train the juniors, and Kps.
