This Fantastic 5 Star Restaurant with Rooms is looking for a talented Chef De Partie with good all round skills to strengthen the brigade of this highly accoladed property. As Chef de Partie you would be expected to run your section and help train the junior Chefs.

 

Serving a mixture of Modern and Classical style cuisine the property has a fantastic reputation both locally and nationally and is well known for the quality standards of the cuisine which is sourced where possible from local suppliers and their own Kitchen Garden.

 

If you are a rising talent this hotel also holds Cookery Classes and Master Classes to various private parties and the general public on specially organised events.
