Description : A Great opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to strengthen the brigade under a talented Michelin experienced Head Chef.
The property is part of a small group of privately owned country house hotels all with exceptionally high standards of service and cuisine.
Our Client is looking for a talented chef to join their team, to help run the kitchen during chefs days off, assist with menu planning, creation of new dishes, staff rotas as well as the training and motivation of the juniors.
The hotel is set in fantastic grounds in a rural setting and is the 'Classic Country House' but standards are high and practises both a modern and classical approach.
The restaurant serves a regular 30 - 40 covers with up to 70 at the weekend with some exclusive wedding use.
This position would ideally suit a good well rounded chef who has aspirations of one day becoming a country house hotel Head Chef, as the owner may well expand and has a promote from within policy for senior positions.
