Description :

This Gorgeous Country House Hotel set in extensive grounds is looking for  a 2 – 3 Rosette Chef de Partie to help push standards on in the  Larder section of the 60 Cover Restaurant. The Restaurant currently serves 5/5/5 menu and a 7 Course tasting menu priced at £60 and has had 2 recent visits from Michelin

 

The hotel is midway through a massive refurbishment programme set to last for at least the next year where period features are being restored and state of the art equipment is being installed.

 

The Hotel boasts a host of activities and facilities within the Hotel grounds.
