Reference # 951PC15 A great opportunity has arisen for a Rosette Experienced Chef de Partie to join a Strong brigade under a very stable and talented Senior Sous and Head Chef. The Chef is looking for some one to head up the sauce section and give more strength to the section. This classically is the finishing section and is a good springboard for future promotion to Junior Sous. The Country House restaurant serves a regular 60 - 80 covers with up to 100 at the weekend. The property also has a fantastic reputation for Weddings and unique product launches. This position would ideally suit a good all-round Chef de Partie with a natural flair for sauce, looking to head up a section, and gain valuable experience. The Hotel is part of a small group of privately owned hotels that have fantastic reputations for food and high class service.
