The Property has won numerous accolades (2 Rosettes, Taste of Wales to name but a couple) and is very well known in the surrounding area for its good quality innovative menu that is reasonably priced. The team are very focussed on good quality fresh local seasonal produce. The Chef is really interested in ‘Food Miles’ and is trying to source produce within a 20 mile radius which includes all Cattle, Game and Vegetables some of which is grown in their own kitchen garden and backed up by local foragers
