Description :

Fabulous Country House Hotel with Numerous Accolades including 2 Rosettes are looking for a Talented Chef de Partie to join their Brasserie team.

 

Ideally you will be trained in all sections with experience of Vegetable, Larder, Fish and with some experience in Sauce or Pastry. The Brasserie is non-accoladed but standards are high and on par with at least 1 Rosette.

If you have a solid background and are looking to progress into a busy 100 cover plus operation with the possibility of moving into the fine dining brigade then this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
