This Fantastic Country House Hotel is looking for 2 more Chef de Partie to strengthen its brigade.

 

The Head Chef who has been in place for about 6 months now has successfully improved the food operation and is looking to recruit some fresh juniors to his brigade.

 

The Head Chef has a cracking background in both large and small country houses from 2 Rosette to Michelin Star.

 

The restaurant hopes to achieve 3 Rosette status this year following the introduction of many new dishes.

 

The Hotel has a fine dining restaurant, busy Brasserie and only has 2 weddings booked for the whole of the summer season!

 

As you can see C & B are not the driving point of this food operation, the food is light, fresh, modern and very appealing to the eye, also planned for the summer months are themed Barbeques to just occasionally lighten the tone.

 

First and foremost you need passion to succeed here coupled with a desire to learn new things. Ideally if you have worked in a country house or restaurant for a couple of years this could be the right next move for you.
