As Chef de Partie you would work on a daily basis with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to push Standards forward, Deputise when required, Training of Juniors and to give menu input. The Focus will be on good quality popular fresh local produce sourced locally where possible served in modern and popular styles This property is Part of a small group of top end Country Inns serving good quality fresh cuisine, mentioned in the Michelin Pub Guide and cooking to 1 – 2 Rosette standard.
